US Secy of State Marco Rubio speaks with COAS Munir; urges de-escalation

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke by phone with Pakistan’s Army Chief, General Asim Munir, earlier today. The call happened as tensions rise between Pakistan and India.
