OGRA Reduces Imported LNG Prices for July

OGRA raises LNG prices in Pakistan - check new rates
Islamabad – The Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has issued its notification adjusting imported LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) prices for July, reducing rates for both Sui Northern and Sui Southern regions.
Sui Northern (SNGPL): Price drops by 1.72–2.68%, now set at $11.57 per MMBtu, down from $11.78 in June.
Sui Southern (SSGC): Price falls by $0.29, now $10.57 per MMBtu, compared to $10.86 in June.
The price cut offers modest relief to consumers and industries. Analysts attribute this to easing global LNG costs, a favorable exchange rate, and lower import expenses.
The revised rates are effective immediately and reflect OGRA’s efforts to pass on savings from global market trends.
