Pak ID Mobile App updated with new features

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has released Version 5.0.0 of its Pak ID Mobile App with new features to make registration and ID services easier for citizens.

What’s New in the App?

NADRA says the updated app now includes:

• A better and easier-to-use dashboard

• An improved search option

• A faster process to cancel identity cards

• Bilingual features (English and Urdu) for better use in rural areas

• Application tracking through the app’s inbox

• An online death registration facility in partnership with Union Councils in selected districts

Citizens are encouraged to download the latest version to benefit from these services.

NADRA Facilities in Karachi

In a related update, Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab announced that NADRA counters will soon be set up in all union councils of Karachi. This will help people access services more easily.

The announcement came during the opening of a new NADRA Registration Centre at Babar Market, Landhi.

The mayor also shared that feasibility studies are being carried out for a new registration facility at Kakri Ground, Lyari, while mega centres are being built in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulberg, and Surjani Town.
