Met Office Predicts Rainfall in Southeastern Sindh Amid Hot and Humid Weather
The Met Office has forecasted light to moderate rainfall in the southeastern districts of Sindh from September 29 to 30. While most parts of Sindh will experience hot and humid conditions on Monday and Tuesday, areas including Thar Parkar, Umarkot, Badin, Sujawal, and Sanghar are likely to see rain, according to the latest weather report.
“After severe hot weather in Karachi on September 30, clouds formation is expected in afternoon or evening,” the Met Office stated. The maximum temperature in Karachi could rise to between 35 and 37 degrees Celsius.
The forecast also highlighted a low-pressure system that has developed in the Bay of Bengal and is moving toward the Arabian Sea. This weather system is expected to affect southeastern Sindh as well as coastal areas of lower Sindh, including Karachi.
The system is anticipated to reach Kachh in India’s Gujarat region, further influencing weather patterns in parts of Sindh.
