Arrest Warrants Issued for Former KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur
A court in Islamabad has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan of the Islamabad District and Sessions Court heard the case related to the recovery of alcohol and illegal weapons from Gandapur. Despite the case being called, Gandapur failed to appear in court.
Due to his repeated absence, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants and directed the police to arrest him and present him at the next hearing. The hearing has been adjourned until October 28.
The case against Ali Amin Gandapur was registered at Bara Kahu Police Station in Islamabad. It involves allegations of possession of alcohol and illegal weapons.
