PM Shehbaz Approves Diesel Price Cut in Pakistan

Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif has approved a reduction in the price of diesel to provide relief to the public.

According to the government decision, the price of diesel has been reduced by Rs 32.12, after which the new price has been reduced from Rs 385.54 to Rs 353.43.

The Prime Minister has directed that the effects of the decline in oil prices be conveyed to the public as soon as possible so that they can get immediate relief.

It should be noted that due to the ongoing tensions in the Middle East, oil prices in the global market had reached their highest levels; however, oil prices have decreased today after the opening of the Strait of Hormuz.
