PM Shehbaz Sharif Expresses Grief Over Earthquake Losses in MusaKhel

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the losses caused by the earthquake that struck MusaKhel, extending his heartfelt condolences to the affected families and communities.

Medical Facilities for the Injured

The Prime Minister issued clear directives that all injured individuals must be provided with the best possible medical facilities without delay. He emphasised that ensuring the health and recovery of earthquake victims is a top national priority and must be acted upon immediately.

NDMA Ordered to Accelerate Rescue Activities

PM Shehbaz Sharif directed the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to immediately intensify and accelerate all rescue and relief activities in the earthquake-affected areas. He stressed that no time should be wasted in reaching those in need.

Immediate Relief for Affected Households

The Prime Minister further instructed that residents of homes damaged or destroyed by the earthquake must be provided with immediate relief assistance. He made clear that swift action on the ground is essential to alleviate the suffering of displaced and affected families.

NDMA to Support Provincial Government

PM Shehbaz also directed that NDMA fully cooperate with and support the provincial government throughout the ongoing relief operation, ensuring a coordinated and effective response to the disaster at both federal and provincial levels.
