Police Investigate Alleged Abduction and Sexual Assault Case in Lahore’s Defence Area

Authorities in Lahore are investigating a reported case involving the alleged abduction and sexual assault of a foreign woman in the Defense area, according to police sources. The case has drawn significant attention as the investigation continues.

Police sources said that a medical report received in the case has indicated evidence consistent with sexual assault. Officials further stated that three of the arrested suspects are alleged to have been involved in the assault. The suspects’ mobile phones have been sent for forensic analysis as part of the ongoing investigation.

Speaking to reporters, the Deputy Inspector General (Investigation) said that the accused are not being given any special treatment and were produced in court in handcuffs. Authorities added that the investigation remains in its early stages and further evidence is being collected.
