Luxury Car Seen Dragging Motorcycle on Murree Road in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: A disturbing video showing a luxury car apparently running over and dragging a motorcycle along Murree Road in Rawalpindi has gone viral on social media.

The footage shows a person sitting on the bonnet and front windscreen of the car while a motorcycle appears to be trapped near the vehicle’s front wheel and is dragged along the road.

Sparks can be seen coming from the motorcycle as it repeatedly hits the road surface while being dragged by the moving vehicle.

The front and rear sections of the car also appear to have been damaged, suggesting that the vehicle may have been involved in an earlier collision. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear.

Police Begin Identification Process

According to sources, police have not yet received a formal report confirming when the incident occurred or identifying the motorcyclist involved.

City Traffic Police said efforts were underway to identify both the vehicle and the motorcycle rider. Officials said further details would be shared once the facts of the incident are established.

CTO Rawalpindi Farhan Aslam has taken notice of the incident and directed the circle in-charge of Murree Road to identify the vehicle and initiate legal proceedings.

Police are continuing efforts to establish what happened and determine whether any criminal action is warranted.
