Six Militants Killed in Security Operation in Balochistan’s Mastung, Sources Say

Security forces carried out a timely operation in the Khad Kocha area of Balochistan’s Mastung district, killing six militants linked to “Fitna al-Hindustan,” according to security sources. The operation was launched following intelligence-based information and targeted suspected militant hideouts in the area.
Security sources said several other suspects were arrested during the operation. Those apprehended reportedly included facilitators as well as male and female suicide bombers. The operation also resulted in the complete destruction of multiple militant hideouts, while a large cache of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the sites.
Search and clearance operations remain underway across the area to eliminate any remaining militant presence, the sources added. Security forces have maintained strict surveillance in Khad Kocha, with intelligence-based operations intensified following recent militant activities in the region.
