Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi Makes Surprise Visit to 24/7 NADRA Centre in Lahore

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a surprise visit to the 24/7 NADRA Centre at Shimla Pahari in Lahore, where he expressed satisfaction after reviewing the facilities and services being provided to citizens. During the visit, he toured various service counters, interacted with staff, and spoke directly with visitors to hear their feedback and address their concerns.

Several citizens praised the efficiency of the centre, with one visitor saying they were served within five minutes without facing any inconvenience. An elderly citizen commended the staff’s cooperation, saying the required documentation was completed within minutes, while an elderly woman offered prayers for the minister and the NADRA staff in appreciation of their service.

Some visitors, however, complained about being charged parking fees higher than the officially prescribed rates outside the centre. Responding to the feedback, Mohsin Naqvi said the system for accessing the track record of Family Registration Certificates (FRCs) would be streamlined. He emphasized that public trust and satisfaction are the true measures of an institution’s success and praised the Chairman of NADRA and the entire team for their dedication and performance.
