Ramadan Timing Federal Government 2025
The federal government has officially announced adjusted working hours for government offices during the holy month of Ramadan. The revised schedule, issued by the Establishment Division, differentiates between offices operating on a five-day and six-day workweek.
As per the notification, government offices following a five-day workweek will operate from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM from Monday to Thursday, while Friday’s working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
For offices that operate six days a week, the working hours will be 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM from Monday to Thursday, with Friday’s hours set from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. These adjustments aim to facilitate government employees in managing their religious and fasting commitments during Ramadan. The revised timings will remain in effect for the entire holy month.
