YouTube rolls out auto dubbing feature

Video streaming platform YouTube has rolled out AI dubbing service a year-and-a-half after the announcement.
The company shared the news of the feature along with some exemplary videos featuring auto-dubbing.
This feature is available to millions of informational or educational YouTube Partner Program channels and will be rolled out more widely soon.
Using the feature, creators will be able to dub their English language videos into French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese or Spanish.
This process should be automated, and creators will be able to preview videos before they go live. While dubbed videos will be available for viewing in the languages ​​section of YouTube Studio and will appear with the AutoDub label.
The company has shared three videos with dubbing for example, two of which have been dubbed from French and Hindi to English, respectively and one has been tested with different options for dubbing in English.
