Vivo X Fold6 may come with massive 7,000mAh battery - check specs
Vivo’s upcoming foldable phone, the X Fold6, is expected to come with one of the largest batteries in its category.
According to new information from China’s 3C certification database, the device may include a battery capacity of around 7,000mAh. The listing suggests it will use a dual-cell battery system with a typical capacity of about 6,900mAh.
Screenshots from the certification show two separate battery cells. One has a rated capacity of 2,807mAh, while the other carries 3,863mAh. Together, they form a total rated capacity of around 6,670mAh.
If these reports are correct, the Vivo X Fold6 will offer a larger battery than the 6,000mAh battery in the Oppo Find N6. However, it will still be slightly smaller than the 7,150mAh battery found in the 1TB version of the Honor Magic V6.
Possible Specifications
Leaks also suggest that the phone may be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset. On the camera side, it could feature a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera.
The display details have also been revealed in early reports. The Vivo X Fold6 may include an 8.02-inch inner display with UTG protection and 2K resolution. The outer screen is expected to be 6.51 inches.
Expected Launch
Reports claim that Vivo could launch the X Fold6 later this month. However, the company has not officially confirmed the release date yet. More details are expected as the launch approaches.
