Vivo X Fold6 Launch Date and Pre-Orders Officially Announced

Vivo has officially confirmed that its upcoming foldable smartphone, the Vivo X Fold6, will launch in China on June 26. The announcement comes after a series of teasers shared by the company over the past few days.

Along with the launch confirmation, vivo has also started accepting pre-orders for the device in China. Customers can reserve the phone through vivo’s official online store as well as major e-commerce platforms like Tmall and JD.com.

Key Features of Vivo X Fold6

The company has already revealed several important specifications of the device. The Vivo X Fold6 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Super Edition chipset. It will feature a large 8.02-inch inner display and run on the new OriginOS 6 Fold software.

For photography, the smartphone will come with a 200MP main rear camera. Vivo has also released an official unboxing video showing the phone’s design, including a new Blue Hole color option and the accessories included in the box.

Camera and Accessories Support

The X Fold6 will support vivo’s Zeiss 200mm Teleconverter G2 accessory, along with the 2.35x teleconverter lens that was first introduced with the Vivo X200 Ultra.

More Expected Details

While vivo has not revealed everything yet, leaks suggest that the device may include a 6,900mAh battery, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 6.51-inch cover display.
