Who is George Clarke? YouTuber Joins Strictly Come Dancing 2025

YouTuber and podcaster George Clarke, also known online as George Clarkey, continues his journey on Strictly Come Dancing 2025 alongside professional partner Alexis Warr, despite receiving lower scores in recent weeks.

The 25-year-old social media star scored 29 points for his latest performance — marking his second consecutive week of sub-par results. Still, George remains positive and grateful for his supporters. After the show, he took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his thoughts:

“Just a quick thank you to everyone supporting! So grateful to get through to another week and willing to take all criticisms (not just the judges) on board to hopefully show I’m not done improving and show you just how much I’m not only working but also enjoying my time.

“I am not taking any of this for granted at all and I feel very lucky! Love you all x.”

Next week, George and Alexis are set to perform a Viennese Waltz to Queen’s iconic hit Somebody to Love.

George first rose to fame as a content creator, building a massive following across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Known for his humor and honesty, he also co-hosts the widely popular Useless Hotline Podcast.

Speaking about joining Strictly Come Dancing, George previously shared: “Never thought I’d say this… but I’m doing Strictly! Honestly, I’ve got no idea what I’m doing but I’m excited to get stuck in … and potentially fall over a fair bit.”
