Karachi, Sindh weather update: Heatwave and power outages continue
KARACHI:Â People in Karachi and other parts of Sindh are facing very hot weather, and long hours of load-shedding are making life even harder.
According to the weather report, Karachi is experiencing hot and humid conditions, with temperatures staying in the high 30s. This uncomfortable weather is expected to continue for the next few days.
The extreme heat is also increasing the demand for electricity. Because of this, many areas are facing long power outages, which are disturbing daily life in both cities and rural areas.
In interior Sindh, the weather is also very hot and dry, and there is little hope of relief soon. The combination of rising temperatures and hours of load-shedding is making it difficult for people to carry out their daily activities, especially during the daytime.
Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted windstorms and dusty winds in upper Sindh from April 16 to April 18. These conditions may reduce visibility and cause problems for transport and outdoor work.
Authorities have advised people to be careful, avoid unnecessary travel during dust storms, and drink plenty of water to stay safe in the heat.
Overall, Sindh is facing tough weather conditions, with extreme heat in the south and dusty winds in the upper areas expected to continue in the coming days.
