UN Security Council calls for talks to form a new govt in Afghanistan

He said that we must not abandon the Afghans as it is the time we should stand as one.
He stressed to use all means to suppress a global terrorist threat from Afghanistan and guarantee respect for human rights.
Moreover, Antonio Guterres asked the Taliban to respect international humanitarian law and the fundamental rights of the Afghans.
On the other hand, Jerusalem Post report named Pakistan, China, Iran, Qatar, Russia and Turkey winners of Afghanistan.
According to its report, most of these countries have hosted the Taliban or tacitly backed them.
The JP reported those benefit from the Taliban taking power as victors in Kabul .
