Iran Launches 57th Retaliation Wave, Targets US Military in Qatar

17 March, 2026 07:29

According to a statement from the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has begun the 57th wave of Operation True Promise 4, attacking critical targets deep within the occupied territories including a significant US air base in Qatar.

Three-day-old Mojtaba, who was killed today in his mother’s arms along with his family in yet another atrocity carried out by the aggressors, was the youngest martyr of the Ramadan conflict, and the operation was dedicated to him.

Iranian troops used accurate, precision attacks to successfully target missile defense systems and command and control communication infrastructure in the center of the seized regions.

The operation used a variety of cutting-edge Iranian missiles, such as the Kheibar Shekan, Emad, and Qadr systems, which were highly accurate in hitting their targets.

The occupying regime’s command and control capabilities were severely damaged by these strikes, which especially targeted the networks supporting its military operations.

The IRGC successfully attacked Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, which is home to American terrorist groups, at the same time.

Precision-guided, medium-range solid-fuel Zolfaghar missiles, liquid-fuel Qiam missiles, and explosive drones were all used in the strike.

Throughout the conflict, assaults against Iran and its allies have been coordinated from Al Udeid base, which acts as a focal point for US Central Command activities in the area.

The IRGC Navy carried out a coordinated missile and drone attack against US fighter aircraft hangars at two strategic locations in a different operation hours earlier.

High-explosive cruise missiles were used in the attacks to successfully destroy many hangars at Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain and Al Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates.

Al Dhafra Air Base is very important because it was the starting point of previous American terrorist and aggressor strikes against Iranian islands in recent days.

Al Dhafra base’s operational capabilities has been “severely reduced” as a result of these strikes, the IRGC acknowledged.

The IRGC Navy declared that these assaults will go on until all American terrorist bases in the area have been completely evacuated.”

Until American terrorist bases are completely evacuated and destroyed, these strikes will continue,” the IRGC Navy declared. “We urge the local Muslim community to avoid these bases.”

The most recent stage of Iran’s ongoing reaction to the US-Israeli war of aggression, which began on February 28, is the 57th wave of Operation True Promise 4.

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the late leader, and thousands of people perished as a result of this attack, notably the Minab school massacre that claimed the lives of about 170 young girls.

Iran has continuously insisted that its retaliatory actions, which solely target Israeli and American military assets and do not damage civilian infrastructure, are legal self-defense under international law.

Since the start of the conflict, the IRGC has reportedly fired some 700 missiles and 3,600 drones at US and Zionist sites.
