Pakistan Acting as Channel in Iran-US Communication: Baghaei

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei held a press conference in which he confirmed that messages are being exchanged with the United States through Pakistan. Regarding recent tensions, Baghaei described the U.S. naval blockade as a violation of both international law and the ceasefire, stating that Iran cannot be blockaded. Finally, he condemned the assassination of Supreme Leader Khamenei, labeling it a “stain on America’s record.”
