Aussies Speak Out on Harry and Meghan’s Whirlwind Visit

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle pervious week went for 4 day Australia tour, they visited various locations and event in Melbourne and Sydney followed by a large crowd of media.

Australian people thrown a blunt verdict on Duke and Duchess of Sussex visit where the public response to the royal couple was not very warm.

In a Channel 7 Ray Morgan Poll revealed what Australian really thought about the royal visit, said that surveyed 1767 adults about their thoughts on the pair with surprising results.

Meanwhile million Australians knew the couple were visiting 81 per cent of respondents said their visit did not improve their opinion of them.

And some people think that this visit help the Duke to repair his relationship with his father King Charles- with 87% response with “no” and only 13 per cent responding “yes”.

Even 75 % people did not see a optimistic side of Meghan and 69% thinks that did not believe the Sussex’s had been treated unfairly by the Royal Family.

When asked whether they would welcome Prince Harry or Meghan Markle moving to Australia, 59% of people said “no.”

51% of people said they believe the Queen would not have approved of the trip, considering Harry stepped back from royal duties.

Since 2020 stepping down on working with royals, it was the first time of the couple had a visited Australia.

They flew in from their home in the United States last Tuesday and were quickly taken to the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.

Meghan appeared as a guest on an episode MasterChef, and visited women’s shelter while Harry went to a veterans’ art museum.

In Sydney, the couple went sailing on the harbour with veterans from Invictus Australia and visited Bondi Beach where they talked with survivors of the terror attack and met with lifeguards.

They also watched the Waratahs play Moana Pasifika at Allianz Stadium before jetting home.
