Chinese Massive Atomic Response Plan Against US

China’s atomic strategy against the United States is a massive, ongoing nuclear buildup designed to ensure a viable second-strike capability rather than to initiate a first strike. By rapidly modernizing and expanding its arsenal, Beijing aims to deter U.S. intervention in regional conflicts, particularly over Taiwan and other regions.
