Iran Leader’s Advisor Warns Resistance Forces Ready for Brutal Response

A Senior Advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ali Akbar Velayati, has warned that the Axis of Resistance is prepared to respond to what he described as escalating U.S. actions in the region following strikes on southern Iran and remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the Iran-U.S. memorandum of understanding.

Velayati said the region was not a place for political risks or military adventurism, warning that any further provocations would face a response. In a statement shared on social media, he said recent developments were increasing tensions and pushing the region toward further instability.

The remarks came after the United States announced a new wave of strikes on Iranian targets, claiming it had hit more than 80 locations, including air defense systems, coastal radar facilities, and vessels linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in the Strait of Hormuz.
