Netanyahu says Israel has completed 80pc to 90pc of campaign against Iran

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Saturday that Israel has completed 80pc to 90pc of its campaign against Iran’s nuclear threat but argued more action is still needed.

In an interview with i24NEWS, Netanyahu said Iran’s nuclear ambitions had posed an existential threat to Israel.

“We have done 80-90% of the work. We need to complete what remains,” Netanyahu said.

Netanyahu also said Israel’s military retains the ability to carry out additional operations against Iran. He further said Israeli pilots “were there and can be there at any moment.

Netanyahu said that his goal has been to confront Iran directly after targeting its regional proxy network. He called Tehran as “the head of the octopus.”
