Indian troops kill two more

The Indian troops killed Kashmiri youth during a cordon and search operation in Damhal Hanjipora area of the district.

Personnel of Indian army, paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force and Indian Police conducted operation.

Meanwhile, Indian authorities have suspended all mobile Internet services in Kulgam and Shopian districts.

In Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations were a low-key affair on Sunday (May 24, 2020) as most of the faithful marked the culmination of the fasting month of Ramadan by offering thanksgiving prayers at home in view of the strict military siege by Indian authorities.

No Eid prayers were offered for the second consecutive time in major mosques and shrines as Indian Army and police had enforced restrictions in most parts of the valley including Srinagar city.

People were forced to offer Eid prayers at home, either individually or in small groups comprising family members.

Meanwhile, senior Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Gilani has said that India cannot break the determination of the people of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir through its oppressive acts.

In a message, he said the fate of every Pharoah is to end in Nile.

Syed Ali Gilani said the residents of Jammu and Kashmir must not sell their property to Indians.
