COAS offers condolences over death of mother of former president Pervez Musharraf.

According to the DG ISPR Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar, General Qamar Javed Bajwa has expressed his heartfelt condolences.

In this regard, Director General Inter Services Public Relations conveyed the message in a tweet.

Chief of the Army Staff Gen Bajwa condoled over the sad demise of mother of former President General (retired) Pervez Musharraf.

Furthermore, he also prayed for the departed soul.

Besides, he prayed for the fortitude of the bereaved family.

Meanwhile, Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry and Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar also expressed condolence.

Moreover, they also prayed for the departed soul of former President’s mother.

She had died in Dubai after protracted illness.
