Juggan Kazim recalls harrowing experience with domestic abuse

Prominent Pakistani actor and TV host Juggan Kazim has shared her personal experience of suffering severe domestic violence during her first marriage.
Kazim revealed that despite entering into a love marriage, her former husband began physically abusing her just a month after the wedding, with the violent behavior continuing for a year and a half.
In an appearance on podcast, she urged women to take prompt action and make decisions about their future when they first experience violence from their partner.

The actor shared a harrowing incident where her former husband physically assaulted her while she was seven months pregnant, even throwing her out of the house.
Juggan Kazim also expressed gratitude to the neighbours who came to her aid during that challenging time, offering her support and a blanket.
Kazim credited her second husband, Faisal Naqvi, whom she married in 2013, for providing support and helping her raise her son.
