PAA rejects fake news about passengers staying at Islamabad airport amid PTI protest
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has strongly denied rumors circulating on social media regarding incoming international passengers being required to stay at Islamabad International Airport.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the PAA called the claims “completely baseless and false.”
The authority urged the public to refrain from spreading unverified information and emphasized the importance of relying only on official channels for accurate updates.
The PAA reassured passengers and the general public that there is no such requirement for international travelers.
The statement further clarified that the matter had been thoroughly reviewed, and no such policy had been implemented. The PAA advised people to trust only verified sources for travel-related information.
