Mahira Khan opens up about her age

Mahira Khan, the beautiful actress of Pakistan showbiz industry, has revealed about her age.

Recently, the actress spoke on Amina Haider Isani’s podcast on several topics, one of which was mental health, during which she once again admitted to suffering from mental problems.

Mahira advised people that if you are suffering from any other illness including mental illness, don’t feel ashamed about it and find a solution as soon as possible.

The actress said that she will soon be 40 years old, but she still remembers the time when she was 30 years old.

“Now I think I should have taken care of my health when I turned 30, women especially need to take care of their health a lot,” she said.

Mahira also said that people who are suffering from mental problems and depression should not only go to doctors and experts but also talk to people around them. People should understand that depression is not something to be ashamed of, it’s a disease that has treatment, medicine, and experts to make it better, so everyone should talk about it, she further said.

The actress also admitted that when her condition was at its worst, medication helped her the most, followed by spiritual solace and support from people who helped her overcome depression.
