Army Chief Asim Munir said that we are proud of our religion and culture, we will never allow Fitna-ul-Khawarij to impose its outdated thinking on the country.
Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir called on students from different universities across Pakistan.
On this occasion, the Army Chief said that the people of Pakistan, especially the youth, have a very strong relationship with the Pakistan Army. The attempts of anti-national elements to create a gap between the army and the people have always failed and will always be unsuccessful.
“We are proud of our religion, culture and traditions,” he said. We will never allow Fitna-al-Khawarij to impose its outdated thinking on the country.
The Army Chief said that the brave people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan are standing like an iron wall against the terrorists.
He said that the Army is still fighting the Fitna al-Khawarij on a daily basis. We do not agree with their interpretation of religion. Islam is the first religion in the world that has brought women to the sky by honoring them, whether a woman is a mother, wife or sister.
