PCB to provide free Iftar to fans during semifinal of CT 2025

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday announced to provide free Iftar to fans attending the ICC Champions Trophy semifinal clash between New Zealand and South Africa at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
The spectator can receive their iftar box by showing their tickets, said the PCB. The box will have dates, juice and a mini pizza.
Additionally, food stalls inside the stadium will remain open for fans to purchase other snacks and beverages.
The move is aim to enhance the match-day experience during the holy month of Ramadan.
With the match set to begin at 2 PM and Iftar scheduled for 6:05 PM, PCB’s initiative is a commendable effort to enhance the match day experience.
The winner between New Zealand and South Africa will take on India in the final on Sunday, March 09.
It is worth mentioning here that, the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) also provided iftar boxes to fans during the first semifinal between India and Australia played in Dubai on Tuesday.
