Benazir Kafalat 8171 SMS Registration

1. Open the SMS app on your mobile.
2. Type “NEW” followed by a space and your CNIC number (without dashes).
3. Send the message to 8171 and wait for an eligibility response.

Registration via BISP Offices

1. Visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office.
2. Bring your original CNIC along with copies.
3. Fill out the registration form with the assistance of BISP staff.
4. Await a confirmation SMS from 8171.

Eligibility Criteria for the Benazir Kafalat Program

To qualify for financial assistance, applicants must meet specific conditions:

• Women are prioritized for enrollment.
• Must belong to a low-income household with a Proxy Means Test (PMT) score below the required threshold.
• Widows, divorced, and single women from underprivileged backgrounds are eligible.
