US report exposes Indian intelligence agency RAW’s terrorism

The US Commission on Religious Freedom (USCIRF), in its latest report, has recommended a ban on Indian intelligence agency RAW, revealing that the agency is involved in extrajudicial killings, targeted killings and atrocities on minorities.
The report states that RAW is systematically targeting Sikhs, Muslims, Dalits and Christians, leading to serious violations of international human rights.
It claims that RAW, in collaboration with government agencies, controlled the Indian media and adopted a policy of covert surveillance, false cases and intimidation to suppress internal criticism.
Attacks on minorities and hate crimes in India have increased by 70 per cent, and more than 1,200 hate incidents have been reported, in which there is evidence of direct involvement of RAW.
The US Commission warned that RAW’s activities pose a threat to human rights and peace not only in India but also globally. The report claimed that more than 1,100 minority leaders have been targeted and global propaganda is being spread by manipulating data on minority rights.
After the report, diplomatic pressure on India is likely to increase globally, as these revelations expose the anti-minority agenda of the Indian government. Experts say that if the United States and European countries take action on this report, then RAW can be severely sanctioned globally.
