Unknown individuals fatally attack KBA president

Unknown individuals fatally attack KBA president Karachi Bar Association (KBA) President Amir Nawaz Warraich has been fatally attacked by unknown individuals. 

KBA President Warraich, while in an injured state, released a video statement regarding the incident, saying that despite the fact that 6 people have attacked me with murder, he will not back down from his demand to shut down the 6-canal project, nor file a First Investigation Report (FIR) regarding the attack, do whatever you want to do.

He said that we have a convention on April 12 and will continue the movement, If the 6-canal project is not announced to be completed within 72 hours, we will close the Punjab border and also close the railway tracks.

Sindh Home Minister Zia ul Hassan Lanjar, while taking notice of the incident, has said that the elements involved in the attack should be brought to justice and the investigation should be carried out by taking the legal community into confidence. In this regard, he directed that the SSP City should inform him of the details.
