Maryam Nawaz launches modern environmental force in Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz laid the foundation of an Environmental Protection Force (EPF) in the province.

The Chief Minister of Punjab attended the first passing-out parade of the Environmental Protection Force.

In her speech, she said that every year smog causes diseases, schools have to be closed, it was his dream to devise a plan to prevent pollution, and the force headed by Maryam Aurangzeb is equipped with modern training.

However, if the previous government had worked, Punjab would not be in this condition. Due to the efforts of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif, inflation is decreasing. Electricity prices were seen increasing but not decreasing. The prices of flour and bread have also decreased.

Senior Provincial Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb said that several programs are underway in Punjab for public welfare and saving lives, and the Environmental Protection Force has been established on modern foundations.

The CM Punjab also launched an emission testing system for vehicles, including the Environmental Approval Management System, and affixed the first ETS sticker to a vehicle after testing under the Emission Testing System.
