How to apply for NADRA B-Form (Child Registration Certificate) Online – Fee & Process
The Child Registration Certificate (CRC), commonly called the B-Form, is a very important document for every child in Pakistan. It officially registers a child’s birth with NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) and is a basic right of every child.
Who Can Apply for a B-Form?
To apply, parents need:
A birth certificate from the Union Council (whether the child was born in Pakistan or abroad).
At least one parent must have a valid CNIC or NICOP (for overseas Pakistanis).
How to Apply Online for B-Form (For Children Under 1 Year)
NADRA now allows online applications for babies under one year old through its Pak ID Mobile App. Here’s how:
Login or create an account on the PAK ID app.
Click “Apply Now” and choose “Child Registration Certificate (CRC)”.
Enter your child’s 13-digit ID number and start the application.
Fill in the required details and choose your processing speed.
Upload a photo of your child and add your digital signature.
Add parent and child information, and upload necessary documents.
Verify the fingerprints of one parent.
Review and submit the application.
For children older than one year, parents must visit a NADRA office in person to apply.
NADRA B-Form Fee
The normal fee for getting a NADRA B-Form is Rs. 50, while the fast-track (executive) service is available for Rs. 500.
