Here’s how to apply for Free EV Scooty Scheme

The Sindh government has introduced the ‘Free Pink Electric Scooty Scheme’ to empower women by enhancing the safety and convenience of their daily transportation.

Announced today through a public notice in major newspapers, this initiative is part of the government’s wider mission to promote women’s mobility, independence, and security.

The scheme is being implemented by the Sindh Mass Transit Authority under the supervision of the Transport and Mass Transit Department. Through this program, eligible women throughout the province will receive free electric scooters (EV scooties).

Who is Eligible to Apply?
To qualify for the scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be permanent residents of Sindh
• Be either students or working women
• Possess a valid driving license for a car or motorcycle
• Preference will be given to women registered with the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) or those holding social security cards
