US official backs impartial investigation into Pahalgam attack

Former US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia Robin Raphel supported Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s proposal to have the Pahalgam attack investigated by impartial experts. 

In this regard, she said that Pakistan’s offer of an impartial investigation into the attack is a positive development; blaming someone just 5 minutes after the incident is highly inappropriate.

The former US Deputy Secretary of State said that the international community must play an urgent role in reducing the recent tensions between Pakistan and India.

On the other hand, Vijay Wadettiwar, a member of the Legislative Assembly of the Indian opposition party Congress, slammed the Modi government over the Pahalgam false flag attack, as it happened due to government security lapses.

Member of Legislative Assembly Wadettiwar has asked the Indian government who is responsible for the Pahalgam incident. The government should take this responsibility.

He raised a serious question: 27 people lost their lives in Pahalgam. Why wasn’t your security there?

Secondly, the attackers penetrated 200 kilometers; what was your intelligence doing?

The bad thing here is that the terrorists killed by asking about religion.

However, no one talks about the government’s failure and intelligence failure in the Pahalgam attack.

Does a terrorist have enough time to ask what your religion is?

The Congress leader added that the purpose of these things is to fool the public.
