Meaning Behind ‘Operation Bunyan Marsoos’
The name of the military operation, Bunyan Marsoos, comes from an Arabic verse in the Quran. It means “a structure firmly joined together.”
The phrase is found in Surah Al-Saff (61:4) and refers to those who fight together in Allah’s cause like a solid wall.
