The Foreign Office spokesperson Pakistan has claimed that India agree on ceasefire until May 12, GTV News reported on Saturday.
Pakistan accepts ceasefire for peace and stability of the region.
India has been continuously violating Pakistan’s sovereignty since May 7.
Indian drone and missile attacks have further destabilized the security environment.
Pakistan successfully defended itself and thwarted Indian ambitions.
India’s dream of establishing a new normal in the region has been shattered.
Pakistan will not allow India to establish hegemony in the region.
However, it is serious to note that India’s war fanaticism is a serious threat to the world.
Earlier, Pakistan and India have agreed to stop fighting immediately. This was confirmed on Saturday, May 10, 2025, by Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar. The news brings relief after many days of high tension between the two countries.
Ishaq Dar made the announcement on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). He said, “Pakistan and India have agreed to an immediate ceasefire. We hope this will pave the way for broader diplomatic engagement and regional stability.”
