India’s 1.3 Million-Strong Army Cannot Intimidate or Threaten Us: Army Chief

Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir has said that India’s 1.3 million-strong army cannot intimidate or threaten Pakistan.

Operation “Bunyānun Marsūs” is a befitting response to India; what the Pakistan Armed Forces said, they have delivered. Pakistan had repeatedly warned India not to mistake its desire for peace as a weakness.

The Army Chief and DG ISPR had clearly stated that any aggression would be met with a full-force response. Operation “Bunyānun Marsūs” is the fulfillment of the promise made to the nation.

Referring to verses from the Holy Qur’an, Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir said that, with the help and support of Allah, many times a smaller force has defeated a much larger one. Alhamdulillah! History has proven that the Pakistan Armed Forces and the nation have stood united like a solid wall against all acts of aggression.

He stated that Pakistan possesses robust defensive capabilities to protect regional integrity and sovereignty. “We know very well how to defend the country’s integrity. India’s 1.3 million-strong army, with all its weapons, cannot intimidate or threaten us.”

He further said that our forefathers, as well as we, have made tremendous sacrifices to build this country, and we know how to defend it.

The DG ISPR said that we are not a nation to be overawed by India’s power, cunning, or aggression. Now wait for our response.

Defense analysts said that the world has seen how the Pakistan Armed Forces gave a crushing response to Indian aggression, forcing India to back down. The Pakistan Armed Forces, with their passion for martyrdom and resolute action, have proven that no power in the world can even imagine harming Pakistan.
