Pakistan Railways to Run Five Special Trains for Eid-ul-Azha 2025

Railways Minister Hanif Abbasi has announced that five special trains will operate for Eid-ul-Azha 2025. According to a statement from Pakistan Railways Headquarters, this decision was made on the instructions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

The spokesperson for Pakistan Railways stated, “The purpose of running the special trains is to provide timely, comfortable, and quality travel facilities to passengers.” He further added that ensuring passengers can reach their loved ones and celebrate Eid joyfully is a top priority for the department.

Eid Special Trains Complete Schedule:

• The first special train will leave Karachi for Lahore on June 2 at 1 pm.
• The second train is scheduled from Quetta to Peshawar on June 3 at 10 am.
• The third will travel from Lahore to Karachi on June 3 at 5 pm.
• The fourth train will go from Karachi to Rawalpindi on June 3 at 8 pm.
• The fifth and final Eid special train will depart Karachi for Lahore on June 4 at 8 pm.

All Pakistanis, especially younger ones, are waiting for Eid-ul-Azha 2025, with experts predicting Eid to be celebrated on Saturday, June 7, 2025.

This means Pakistanis may enjoy Bakra Eid holidays from June 7 (Saturday) to June 9 (Monday). However, as with every year, the exact date of Eid-ul-Azha will depend on the local moon sightings across different regions of the country.
