Karachi Rain Alert: Thunderstorms, Showers Expected Today

Thunderstorms with rain are expected to hit Karachi today, providing a sigh of relief to people sick and tired of the heatwave.

According to the Meteorological Department, a western wind system began affecting the city of lights last night, and thunderstorms with rain are anticipated in Karachi today.

The Meteorological Department stated that the rainfall is likely to continue for the next one to two days, with the maximum temperature expected to reach up to 37 degrees Celsius.

The department also mentioned that the current temperature is 31 degrees Celsius in Karachi, but the heat feels like 34 degrees. Winds are blowing from the west at a speed of 11 kilometers per hour.
