He stated that the Iranian President’s visit to Pakistan is highly important and reflects strong bilateral ties. All preparations have been completed for his visit to Islamabad after Lahore.

The Iranian President is expected to have a busy schedule in Islamabad on Sunday, with high-level meetings and official engagements planned throughout the day.
On the other hand, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has arrived in Pakistan for an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral ties between the two neighboring countries.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and Nawaz Sharif warmly welcomed the Iranian President. The visit is expected to include meetings with top Pakistani leadership, discussions on trade, regional security, energy cooperation, and border management.
This marks President Pezeshkian’s first official trip to Pakistan since taking office, signaling a new chapter in Iran-Pakistan relations.
