Karachi Police Announce Traffic Plan for Independence Day Event

Karachi Traffic Police have announced a special traffic and parking plan for a Musical Night taking place at the National Stadium on August 13, in celebration of the 78th Independence Day and Marka-e-Haq.

Vehicles with official event stickers will be allowed entry through Gates 1 and 11 of the stadium. General parking for attendees has been arranged at the Expo Centre and China Ground, both located near the venue.

Authorities have warned of expected heavy traffic in the evening on Sir Shah Suleman Road, National Stadium Road, and Habib Ibrahim Rehmatullah Road (Karsaz). To avoid congestion, commuters who are not attending the event are advised to use alternate routes, including University Road, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Rashid Minhas Road, and NIPA.

Traffic police have requested the public to plan ahead and cooperate with officials to ensure smooth traffic flow.
