Ashley St. Clair, the conservative commentator linked to Elon Musk, said this week that she is broke and facing eviction. She also launched a new podcast called Bad Advice with Ashley St. Clair. In the first episode, she admitted she only started the show because she needed money.

St. Clair revealed that her sponsor Polymarket paid her $10,000 for the first episode. She said the amount would be used to cover rent and legal fees. The podcast also included sharp comments about Musk and his inner circle.

Relationship With Elon Musk

According to court records, St. Clair met Musk in January 2023 during a trip to St. Barts. She claims they slept together twice, and later she gave birth to a baby boy named Romulus in September 2024. A DNA test has confirmed Musk as the father.

Musk reportedly offered her a private deal of $15 million and $100,000 per month if she agreed to keep the matter quiet. St. Clair refused and chose to take the case to court.

Custody and Money Dispute

St. Clair has filed for sole custody. She said Musk skipped the birth and has met the baby only a few times. Her legal team also said Musk reduced financial support after she went public. At first, Musk gave her $2.5 million and $500,000 per year. But she claims that money stopped.

Musk, on the other hand, accused St. Clair of trying to “baby trap” him. His lawyers presented old text messages where she talked about wanting his “rocket babies.”

Her Life Now

The 26-year-old influencer said she is single and struggling. She travels often while dealing with the court case. She also used her podcast to mock Musk’s 19-year-old protégé Edward “Big Balls” Coristine, who was injured in a failed carjacking in Washington, D.C.

St. Clair says she wants a better life for her son Romulus. For now, her legal battle with Musk continues, and her new podcast is her only income.
