Will there be a holiday in Karachi’s School tomorrow?

Karachi: The Sindh Education Department has clarified that no public holiday has been announced for tomorrow, dismissing a notification circulating on social media as fake and misleading.
According to the spokesperson of the department, the notification regarding the closure of colleges and educational institutions is false. He confirmed that all schools, colleges, and universities across Sindh will remain open as per routine.
The spokesperson added that the decision to close educational institutions will only be taken after carefully reviewing the situation, if required. He urged parents, teachers, and students not to rely on unverified news shared on social media platforms.
The department has also warned against spreading fake notifications, calling it irresponsible and damaging for both students and institutions. Authorities emphasized that any official announcement regarding holidays will only be made through the Sindh Education Department’s official channels.
This clarification comes after a fake notification, allegedly issued in the name of the College Education Department, began circulating online, causing confusion among parents and students.
The Sindh Education Department has appealed to the public to trust official updates only and continue normal academic activities without interruption.
