How to apply for CM Punjab Ration Card 2025 online
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched a new welfare scheme called the CM Punjab Ration Card 2025 to help low-income families manage their daily food expenses.
Through this program, the government will provide essential items like flour, rice, sugar, pulses, and cooking oil at subsidized rates. More than 1.5 million families across Punjab are expected to benefit from this scheme.
Families will also receive Rs. 3,000 monthly or Rs. 10,000 every three months, depending on their eligibility.

Automatic eligibility if you were part of the Nigehban Ramzan Package 2025

Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the CM Punjab Ration Card 2025, you must:
Be a permanent resident of Punjab
Have a monthly household income below Rs. 50,000
Hold a valid CNIC issued by NADRA
Be registered (or willing to register) with the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER)
Not be a government employee or tax filer
Apply only once per household
How to Apply Online
Go to the PSER portal and click Register Now
Enter CNIC, name, mobile number, and create a password
Provide income details, family information, and address
Verify your mobile number with an SMS code
Submit the form and wait for confirmation (15–20 working days)
Offline Registration
You can also apply by visiting the nearest E-Khidmat Markaz with:
CNIC
Registered mobile number
Proof of income (if available)
Recent photo
Utility bill or domicile certificate
Staff will help you complete the form, and you’ll get a tracking receipt for updates.
How to Use the Ration Card
Once approved, your ration card (linked to your CNIC) will be available at your local Union Council office. You will be informed through SMS or a phone call.
You can use your CNIC directly at:
Utility stores
Partner grocery shops
Government-approved outlets
No physical card is needed—just show your CNIC, and the discount will be applied.
