Cement prices in Pakistan drop – September 2025 rate list

Cement prices saw a small decrease in northern cities of Pakistan during the week ending September 11, according to the latest data from the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).

The average retail price of a 50kg cement bag in the northern region was Rs. 1,390, down from Rs. 1,391 the previous week—a 0.07% decrease.

In contrast, prices in the southern region stayed unchanged, with the average price at Rs. 1,443 per bag for both weeks.

• Karachi: Rs. 1,367

• Hyderabad: Rs. 1,427

• Sukkur: Rs. 1,465

• Larkana: Rs. 1,407

• Quetta: Rs. 1,510

• Khuzdar: Rs. 1,483

Overall Trend

The data shows that while northern markets recorded a slight dip, cement prices in southern cities remained stable.
