Punjab’s School Education Minister Clears Rumors, Confirms Schools to Remain Open

Punjab’s Provincial Minister for School Education, Rana Sikandar Hayat, has officially clarified that all schools across the province will remain open tomorrow as per schedule.

The announcement was made through his verified Facebook account, putting an end to circulating rumors regarding a possible closure due to recent protests.

Over the past 24 hours, speculation spread on social media suggesting that schools might be closed amid the protest activities reportedly linked to the TLP. However, the minister firmly addressed the confusion, urging parents, students, and teachers not to pay attention to unverified news.

Minister’s Statement

In his brief but clear message, Rana Sikandar Hayat stated:

“All schools in Punjab are open tomorrow as per schedule.”
